Privacy Policy

Reprint.gg (“Reprint”, “we”, “us”) is a trading card game price-tracking and collection-management service, available at reprint.gg and through the Reprint app for Android. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@reprint.gg.

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the display name and profile picture Google shares with us.
• Collection data — the cards and sealed products you add to your portfolio or wishlist, including quantities, purchase prices, target prices and purchase dates you enter, and the sets you mark as favorites.
• Reactions — the reactions you leave on cards and sealed products, linked to your account, or to the reaction cookie (see Cookies and similar storage) if you’re signed out. Deleting your account deletes the reactions linked to it.
• Shared wishlist — if you turn on sharing, the display name you choose and a random link. Anyone with the link sees that name and the wishlist items you haven’t hidden (names, sets, printings and images), with quantities, target prices and current prices. Turning sharing off deletes the link and name.
• Photos and receipts (paid plans) — images and PDF receipts you choose to upload and attach to your portfolio items.
• Subscription data — your plan, billing status, and renewal dates. Payments are handled by the seller (see Payments below); we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — aggregate analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type). Cookie-free analytics collects this. Where you allow it, Google Analytics does too, using cookies, and also receives the search terms you type into site search (see Cookies and similar storage). We do not use advertising cookies.
• Android app data — when you use the Android app signed in, we store: a random device credential, your time zone, app version, notification permission, and when the app and its widgets last contacted us; a daily snapshot of your portfolio and wishlist totals (value, cost, daily change, item counts, and your biggest movers and closest wishlist targets), kept 35 days; and a history of the alerts we check and send, with the prices and notification times we use to avoid repeats, and your portfolio’s highest value. After you turn on notifications, we also store a notification token and the notifications we send (kept 30 days). When you sign out, the app asks us to delete its device data; if it can’t reach us, the device data is deleted after 60 days without the app being opened. Snapshots, alert history and sent notifications stay until they expire — alert history about 60 days after it was last updated, except your portfolio’s highest value, which, like your notification settings, is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account deletes all of it.

• Provide the service: track your collection, calculate portfolio values, and sync across devices.
• Process subscriptions and grant access to paid features.
• Identify cards and products from photos you scan (see AI photo identification below).
• Keep the service secure: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and bot protection.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Contract: your account, collection (including photos and receipts), wishlist (including a shared wishlist), the Android app’s features, and subscriptions. An email address is required for an account.
• Consent: Google Analytics cookies, push notifications, and AI photo identification. You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings or your phone’s notification settings; AI scans run only when you start one.
• Legitimate interests: keeping Reprint secure (rate limiting, bot protection, abuse prevention), cookie-free usage statistics to improve the product, and remembering reactions you leave while signed out.
• Legal obligation: disclosing data when the law requires it.

When you use Scan with AI, your photo and information associated with the product in the photo are sent to our third-party AI provider(s) for identification. The AI provider(s) don’t use this data to train models and delete it within 30 days, unless it’s needed longer for safety or legal reasons. If you add the item, the photo is saved to that item in your portfolio, like any photo you upload. Only photos you submit through the AI scan are shared; photos you upload directly to your portfolio (and receipts) never go to an AI provider. You’re asked for consent in the app before your first AI scan.

• Photos and receipts are private: only you can see them.
• We remove hidden metadata such as GPS location from images before storing them.
• Shared wishlists never include your photos.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Reprint, and with the seller when you buy a plan:

• Hosting, sign-in, database and file storage providers — run the service and keep your data.
• AI providers — identification of photos you submit via Scan with AI and the product details in them (only those photos).
• Subscription-management provider — keeps your Android app plan in sync.
• Google — delivers notifications to the Android app.
• Analytics providers — cookie-free usage stats, and Google Analytics where you allow it.
• Bot-protection provider — protects sensitive account actions.

Each provider processes data under its own terms as our service provider. We may also disclose data if required by law. Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, those transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If you share your wishlist, anyone you give the link to can see it.

Payments — Paid plans are sold by Link, Stripe’s checkout service, on the web, and by Google Play in the Android app. The seller handles your payment under its own privacy policy (Link, Google Play). For web purchases we give Link your email address and account ID so the plan reaches your account. We keep only your plan, billing status and renewal dates.

We use cookies and browser storage only for what the site needs, plus analytics where you allow it:

• Sign-in — session cookies keep you signed in.
• Reactions — if you react without signing in, a reprint-user-id cookie keeps that reaction yours for up to a year. It is only set when you react.
• Your settings — whether analytics needs your consent where you are, your analytics choice, your theme, and your consent to AI photo scans, kept in cookies or your browser’s local storage.
• Security — a bot check on sign-in may use its own cookies or storage.
• Analytics (optional) — Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…) measure aggregate usage. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and Quebec, nothing loads from Google unless you accept; elsewhere Google Analytics runs unless you decline. We don’t use it for advertising.

You can change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings (also at the bottom of every page). Declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account — including your portfolio, photos, receipts, and profile — at any time from your profile settings or via reprint.gg/account/delete. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Payment records are kept by the seller (Link or Google Play) under its own policy, for example for tax and fraud prevention. Photos you sent through Scan with AI are deleted by the AI provider(s) within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. You can exercise deletion yourself as described above; for anything else, email support@reprint.gg and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also object to our use of your data based on legitimate interests.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Reprint is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
