Privacy Policy

Reprint.gg (“Reprint”, “we”, “us”) is a Pokémon Trading Card Game price-tracking and collection-management service, available at reprint.gg and through the Reprint app for Android. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@reprint.gg.

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the display name and profile picture Google shares with us. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Collection data — the cards and sealed products you add to your portfolio, including quantities, purchase prices, and purchase dates you enter.
• Photos and receipts (paid plans) — images and PDF receipts you choose to upload and attach to your portfolio items.
• Subscription data — your plan, billing status, and renewal dates. Payment details are processed by Stripe (web) or Google Play (Android app); we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — aggregate analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate region, device type), collected via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. We use cookies for sign-in sessions and security; we do not use advertising cookies.

• Provide the service: track your collection, calculate portfolio values, and sync across devices.
• Process subscriptions and grant access to paid features.
• Identify cards and products from photos you scan (see the next section).
• Keep the service secure: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you use the Scan with AI feature, the photo you take is sent securely to Anthropic, our AI provider, so its Claude model can identify the card or product in the image. Only photos you submit through the AI scan feature are shared with Anthropic — photos you upload directly to your portfolio (and receipts) are never sent to any AI provider. Anthropic processes scan photos solely to return an identification and does not use them to train its AI models. You are asked for consent in the app before your first AI scan.

• Photos and receipts are stored in a private storage bucket. They are never publicly accessible and are only served to you through short-lived signed URLs.
• Uploaded images are re-encoded on our servers, which strips hidden metadata such as GPS location (EXIF) before storage.
• Your photos are visible only to you. Reprint has no social or sharing features that expose your uploads to other users.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Reprint:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Anthropic — AI identification of photos you submit via Scan with AI (only those photos).
• Stripe — subscription payments on the web.
• Google Play and RevenueCat — subscription purchases and entitlements in the Android app.
• Vercel and Google Analytics — hosting and aggregate usage analytics.
• Cloudflare — bot protection on sensitive account actions.

Each provider processes data under its own terms as our service provider. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account — including your portfolio, photos, receipts, and profile — at any time from your profile settings or via reprint.gg/account/delete. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Payment records held by Stripe or Google Play may be retained by those providers as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise deletion yourself as described above; for anything else, email support@reprint.gg and we will respond within 30 days.

Reprint is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
